Old World Wisconsin is a 600-acre outdoor living history museum located in Eagle, Wisconsin.  Guests explore homes, farms, and businesses that come from across Wisconsin, exploring stories of place and perseverance from the 1840s to the 1930s. With a focus on hands exploration and immersive spaces, OWW is a celebrated destination for families and friends making new memories, sharing stories, and connecting to Wisconsin's past as they get inspired for their own futures. Staff work in historic indoor and outdoor spaces in the beauty of the Kettle Moraine State Forest to bring history to life for tens of thousands of guests each summer.

The individuals in this position work directly with students exploring Old World Wisconsin as part of our educational programs. They are storytellers, guides, and champions of curiosity who make history come alive at Old World Wisconsin. As a team we understand that our work is about the past, present, AND the future.

Each day Education Facilitators work with students to facilitate a guided program in several historic spaces.  Program outlines ensure clear outcomes and essential questions, providing background information to support deeper inquiry. The work is hands on and full of questions and play. Daily set up and housekeeping are required to keep our spaces clean, safe, and accessible for learners.

$14 per hour, up to 40 hours a week.
